Key stakeholder of Red Bull’s strategy within the music space and delivery of adaptable solutions to 60+ markets globally. Conceptualizing and rebuilding our audio, live stream, content, community, and education programs to compete in the current landscape. Also, identifying strategic partners to work with to deliver on the program and cross-functional business goals.
My team and I collaborate heavily with our Data & Insights, Brand, Advertising, Commercial Partnerships, Communication/PR, and Energy Drink teams to drive the growth of our scalable programs. Serving as our global evangelist, I make frequent market visits to coach and develop our amazing network of talent. As a self-proclaimed, “Student of the World”, I look for new ways to approach solving problems, learn from my country leads, experiment, and share best practices to uplift the organization.
General Manager – Beamly
Reporting directly to the CEO, I shaped the digital marketing proprietary platform into a full- service agency; with Coty acquiring Beamly in 2016. Managed the accounts, creative, marketing, sales, and product teams consisting of 13 direct reports in London and USA. Served as point of contact for executive and brand partners across multiple industries. Created and developed the multi-million-dollar sales pipeline for acquisition. Responsible for recruitment, development, and performance of a growing global team.
Sr. Manager, Marketing – Disney ABC Television Group
Drove multi-platform national marketing strategy alongside internal teams to extract the most value from ABC content, partnerships, products, and consumer-facing messaging. Oversaw the Good Morning America Concert Series promotions program during the Alicia Keys, Kenny Chesney, Macklemore, and The Wanted concerts in Central Park. Strategized influencer marketing for the 2012-14 election seasons by leveraging relationships with multi-platinum recording artists, record labels, celebrities, athletes, bloggers, TV personalities to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing and Promotion – MTV Network/ Viacom
Managed the multi-platform marketing strategy of all MTV2/mtvU programming, music properties, and MTV 360 global events. Developed an award-winning social media marketing strategy for the channel. Created opportunities for teams to interface live with consumers, artists, and influencers via social media. Supervised MTV2/mtvU relationships with various media partners, agencies, editors, writers, bloggers, talent, and social media influencers to promote MTV2/mtvU and its top franchises.
